Paid media waste estimator
Estimate how much paid-media spend needs investigation based on tracking, query control, feed health, creative learning and landing-page evidence.
The result is an investigation range. It does not claim that every pound can be recovered.
Estimate the investigation range
Answer conservatively. “Unknown” is itself a useful risk signal.

It is the value of spend exposed to weak controls or evidence and worth investigating first.
Heuristic estimate only. The range is generated from your answers and is not a prediction of recoverable savings or future performance.
What counts as waste?
Waste is not simply a campaign below an arbitrary ROAS benchmark. It can include spend optimising towards the wrong event, queries with no commercial relevance, duplicate conversions, product groups that cannot support the target or traffic sent into a weak landing experience.
Why “unknown” receives a higher risk score
When tracking or control has not been validated, the business cannot distinguish a performance problem from a measurement problem. The first useful action is verification, not immediate budget cuts.
Audit in commercial order
- Confirm conversion and revenue signals.
- Compare targets with actual margin and new-customer value.
- Inspect where the spend went: queries, placements, products and audiences.
- Review the offer and landing journey receiving that traffic.
- Change budget only after the evidence supports it.
